The Company is jointly invested by HNA Tourism and HNA Capital, two subsidiaries of HNA Group, in December 2009 with registered capital of RMB 200 million.
In February 2010, the company was officially granted the franchise qualification for personal currency exchange by Tianjin Branch of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, becoming the first company in Tianjin and the first batch of companies in China that is founded based on domestic capital investment and specialized in personal foreign currency exchange and other integrated foreign currency services.
