通汇货币全国特许兑换资质授牌仪式在京顺利举行

The Award Ceremony of Transforex’s

 Nationwide Franchise in Currency Exchange Qualification was Held Successfully in Beijing

    2012年12月5日，通汇货币全国特许兑换资质授牌仪式在北京唐拉雅秀酒店隆重举行。中国国家外汇管理局副局长王小奕、海航集团董事局董事长陈峰致辞庆贺。国家外汇管理局天津分局局长林铁钢、国家外汇管理局国际收支司司长管涛、天津市金融办副主任孔德昌、海航集团董事局董事谭向东、海航旅业董事长兼首席执行官张岭等领导，合作伙伴、同行兄弟单位以及50余家媒体代表共120余人参加了大会。仪式上，林铁钢局长向通汇货币颁发了全国个人本外币特许兑换资质证书，由此，通汇货币成为国内首家、也是截止到目前唯一一家获得此类资质的非金融机构，标志着通汇货币兑换业务正式由地区试点迈向全国市场。

    On Dec.5, 2012, the award ceremony of Transforex's nationwide franchise in currency exchange qualification was held successfully in Beijing Tangla Hotel.Deputy Secretary of State Administration of Foreign Exchange Wang Xiaoyi and HNA Group Board Chairman Chen Feng,respectively gave a congratulatory speech.Secretary of the Tianjin Branch of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange Lin Tiegang，Director of Balance Department of State Administration of Foreign Exchange Guan Tao,Deputy director of Tianjin Finance Office Kong Dechang,HNA Group Board Director Tan Xiangdong,HNA Tourism Chairman & CEO Zhang Ling,representatives from NHA's business partners,brother organizations and more than 50 news agencies,over 120 people in all,attended the ceremony.

    During the ceremony,Transforex,was issued with the Certificate of Nationwide Franchise in Currency Exchange Qualification by Secretary Lin Tiegang,hence became the first and the only nonfinancial institution that have acquired such a qualification so far in China,which formally marked the scope of Transforex's currency exchange business extending from local market to national market.
